What are you going to do?

As a part-time customer service employee at Liwolf you will work for the Customer Contact department in Rotterdam. As a customer service employee you will have to deal with the most diverse questions. This can be as much advice as answering technical questions. To help the customer with this as best as possible, we will help you gain the right knowledge in a short time.
Working from home
Due to the corona measures, Liwolf is currently working from home. It is therefore important that you are prepared to work from home in the near future. It is also important that you have a good and quiet home workplace.

You start your work with a 2-week training, which is largely given online. You must be available full-time for this training. In the training you will learn everything about conversation techniques and answering questions. You will also receive guidance during the first phone calls, and a home work device from Liwolf so that you can speak to customers from home.

Contract and working hours
As a part-time customer service employee at Liwolf in Rotterdam you can choose from a contract of 8 to 16 or 32 hours. You can schedule these hours yourself via the flexible schedule and you can work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

What we ask:

  • At least an MBO level 4 diploma;
  • You have experience with telephone customer contact;
  • You are looking for a job for a longer period of time;
  • You come from the Rotterdam area;
