What are the shipping costs?

We cover the shipping costs of the order and it is completely FREE.* 
It occasionally happens that we give away a number of items for FREE as part of a promotion. To partially cover the costs, we charge €6.95 for shipping.

How quickly will I receive my order?

The average delivery time for the Netherlands is 3-5 working days. For Belgium, the average delivery time is 3 - 8 days. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors. Additionally, we can cover the shipping costs ourselves.

Due to the Corona (COVID-19) virus, different delivery times apply than usual. It may therefore take longer than you are used to from us.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days of receipt.
