Not received (everything)?
We cannot always ship all items from one order at the same time. In your account, you can see if we have shipped everything at once. If we have shipped everything, it is best to contact our customer service here.

Nothing is as important as the delivery time. That's why you can see when we will deliver the item even before you place an order. Items that are in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock may take a little longer to arrive.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

Is your order in your account? Then it was successful.

If you placed an order more than 45 minutes ago and have not received a confirmation, and there is also nothing in your account, please get in touch with customer service by contacting us. And don't worry: if money has been deducted, we will automatically refund you.

No, to protect your data, an order cannot be modified anymore. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may still be able to cancel it in some cases. Please contact us directly here for this.

Once your order has been shipped, you can return it or optionally refuse it at the door.

That your order has failed can have multiple causes. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:

technical malfunction

  • iDEAL: within 10 business days
  • Credit card: within 10 business days
  • Gift voucher/card: recharged within 48 hours.
As we work with various suppliers, it is possible that products may be shipped separately. If any items are missing from your order, you will typically receive them within 2-3 days.

It occasionally happens that we give away a number of items for FREE as part of a promotion. To partially cover the costs, we charge €6.95 for shipping.
Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving a reason. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.
 
A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
 
Once we have received the items returned by you, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.
