Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be modified after placement. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel it in some cases by contacting us through the contact form.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been shipped. Use this code to track your package via the Track Your Order page.

Has my order been successful, because I haven't received any confirmation?

Is your order in your account? Then it was successful.

If you placed an order more than 45 minutes ago and have not received a confirmation, and there is also nothing in your account, please get in touch with customer service by contacting us. And don't worry: if money has been deducted, we will automatically refund you.

Payments and Invoicing

Which payment options are available?

You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more.

When will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be automatically sent to your email address once the order is confirmed. Please check your spam folder for support@vify.io if you do not receive it.

How quickly will I be refunded in case of cancellation or return?

If you cancel or return an order, the amount will be refunded on average within 7 working days after receiving the returned product. The speed of the refund depends on the payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes, you can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and with labels and tags attached. A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code, with the sender being responsible for the costs.

How do I return an item?

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Send an email to info@liwolf.com with the reason for return and your invoice number.
  2. After approval by our customer service, the return will be processed in your account. You can then send the item to the address below. We recommend sending the package by registered mail:

  3. The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense.
  4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product for usage or damage.
  5. Once everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
I am missing some products from my order, how can that be?

Because we collaborate with various fulfilment centers, it is possible that products may be shipped separately. If any items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 1 to 5 working days.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 2-year factory warranty. This means that during this period, you are entitled to repair or replacement for defects covered by the warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that occur during normal use. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, modifications, incorrect installation, or negligent maintenance.

How can I claim the warranty?

If you think your product is defective and falls under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@liwolf.com with a description of the problem, the invoice number, and photos/videos of the defect.
  2. Our customer service will assess the issue and inform you about the next steps, such as repair or replacement.
Are there any costs associated with repairs within the warranty period?

No, if the product is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement costs are fully covered by us. Any shipping costs may be at your own expense, depending on the situation.
Unless the product has been damaged or become defective due to incorrect use. In that case, we will charge investigation costs of €75.

What happens if my product becomes defective outside the warranty period?

If your product becomes defective outside the warranty period, we can still offer repairs for a fee. Please contact our customer service for more information on repair options and costs.

Does the warranty expire if I make modifications myself?

Yes, if you make modifications to the product yourself, such as extending the cables or adding non-original parts, the warranty may be voided. We always recommend using original parts and not making any modifications without consulting us.

Technical Support and Error Codes (Parking Heaters)

What do the error codes on my display mean? I am receiving an error message (error code E-xx).

In some cases, an error message may occur due to the parking heater not being connected correctly, or due to other issues. Always use the original wiring harness (power connection). Any modifications may void the warranty.

E-00: NO ERROR
There is no error message, the parking heater is functioning properly.

E-01: Under tension
The battery does not have enough power, please charge the battery. Possible causes:

  • The cable harness has been extended (use a minimum of 6 mm thick cable, as warranty may be voided in case of modifications).
  • The multi-controller is set to 24V, while it should be 12V.
  • An additional fuse has been added, please check if it is connected correctly.

E-02: Overspanning
The tension is higher than the allowed level. Reduce the tension to 12V.

E-03: Glow plug problem
Possible causes:

  • Check if the glow plug is still intact. You can briefly connect the glow plug to the 12V battery to see if it still works.
  • Check the tension.
  • Check if the gauze is not blocked or dirty.
  • The battery may be damaged, causing the glow plug to not work properly.
  • If everything is functioning properly, the combustion chamber can become dirty due to frequent use at low temperatures. Regularly run the parking heater at a high temperature to prevent this.

E-04: Fuel pump disconnected
Check the cable to the fuel pump and make sure the plug is securely attached. The pump may also be clogged; gently tap the diesel pump a few times. Kerosene can sometimes be the cause of blockages.

E-05: Overheating
Check if the air intake at the back of the heater is not blocked and if the fan is working properly. Also, check if the vent and the heating duct are not blocked.

E-06: Ventilator motor fault
This is usually caused by low voltage. Check the magnet sensor at the fan; it may be misaligned. Ensure that the heater is not mounted too tightly so that the fan can rotate freely.

E-07: Communication problem between controller and heater
Check the cables and connectors. Low voltage can also be the cause. A mismatch between the multi-controller and the motherboard (circuit board) can also cause the problem.

E-08: Low fuel

  • Air in the fuel lines (can occur from driving with low fuel).
  • Check if the fuel filter is full.
  • The pump must be correctly installed (at an angle of at least 45 degrees).
  • Check the fuel lines for leaks or kinks.
  • Air in the fuel line can lead to an E-10 error message due to an excess of diesel in the heater.

E-09: Temperature sensor problem
The temperature sensor probably needs to be replaced. If this is not the issue, it could be related to the motherboard.

E-10: Accumulation of errors
One or more of the above error codes have occurred and the device has attempted to restart multiple times without success.

WARNING:
Messages E-08 and E-10 are related to fuel. If the heater is turned on without diesel in the tank, this can cause damage. Check if there is enough diesel in the tank to prevent damage.

What are the requirements for the installation?

A typical installation requires a power source of at least 12V constant or a 220V inverter of at least 20 amperes, fuel tank supply, and air intake and exhaust ducts. Ensure that your vehicle or vessel is suitable for the installation.

How do I operate my Liwolf parking heater?

Our space heaters are operated with a Multi controller featuring an LCD display. This allows you to set the desired temperature and timer.
